Thirty months after the launch of phase 2 of Senegal’s national solar lighting program, Fonroche Lighting announces the completion of an exceptional project: 67,000 solar street lights installed across 528 municipalities.
With the 50,000 already deployed during the first phase in 2018, combined with other projects in the country, a total of 120,000 autonomous solar street lights now illuminate Senegal, making it one of the best-lit countries in the world thanks to solar energy.
